Welcome to Being Honest! After 21 years in tech, I’m pivoting toward a path of purpose—helping others unlock their potential. Join me for weekly personal reflections, sound and video escapes, and mind hacks, while building a community focused on growth and balance.
As you might have read in the first article of this blog, this is a space for exploring topics beyond the technical realm. For 21 years, I’ve been deeply involved in technology—working in desktop support, climbing rooftops to install wireless antennas, and traveling across the Americas and Europe to share insights with customers and developers.
But now, I’m looking to create a space where I can reflect on different aspects of life—where mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth take center stage. It’s not that I’ve lost my love for learning new things, but I’ve come to realize that there's more to life than keeping up with the latest tech trends.
I’ve always found joy in helping others push their limits and discover their potential. Now, I believe that part of my purpose is to share my own reflections and experiences, hoping they might inspire you to connect with yourself, overcome challenges, and explore what it means to live with greater intention.

A big part of my mission is helping fellow IT and tech workers avoid burnout and move forward in their careers with purpose. But, of course, I’d love to work with people outside of the tech industry as well.
No magic tricks here—just science, mindfulness, intention, and a healthy dose of common sense (which, let’s be honest, isn’t so common these days).
