Career
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Support in both startups and large tech organizations. My work has spanned technical enablement, customer onboarding, support infrastructure, and go-to-market alignment.
I’ve led global onboarding programs, helped build support teams from scratch, and coached high-performing SEs and CS leaders on driving customer growth. These experiences shaped my current focus: enabling technical teams to have a strategic voice in the business.
Today, I dedicate my time to coaching, content creation, and facilitating workshops — helping individuals and teams move from tactical execution to strategic impact.
